I am a banker turned entrepreneur who builds capability and certainty for institutions. I began my career advising high net worth clients at Standard Chartered, moved into managing key accounts in a leading credit rating agency, and then pivoted to what I do best: designing and delivering results‑oriented corporate learnings for banks and financial services firms.
Additionally, I have facilitated more than 1,500 hours of executive programs across Emotional Intelligence, People Development, Change Management, Conflict Management, Collaboration and Leadership for organisations in Technology, FMCG and Telecommunications among others. I run programmes that stop at nothing short of behavioral change and measurable performance shifts — from boardroom presence to frontline execution.
My deep interest in behavioral science and experiential design drive leadership and communication outcomes, with high‑impact facilitation so leaders leave with a roadmap and teams leave with new habits.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Psychology with a research paper on Emotional Intelligence and workplace productivity during COVID‑19. I am a certified MBTI practitioner and hold additional international credentials in psychometric assessment and adult learning. These credentials anchor my work in theory and sharpen its practical application.
I also find myself deeply inspired by children — by their curiosity, intelligence, and openness to the world. Any intervention in their learning journey is among the most satisfying and rewarding work I do. This passion for nurturing young minds led me to become a certified career counsellor, and Ambodhi Elevate made a conscious choice to design life skills workshops for children, ensuring that the next generation grows not only in knowledge but also in resilience, empathy, and self‑awareness.
Ambodhi Elevate is my vehicle to scale a different kind of professional development: one that blends commercial rigor with emotional intelligence. At Ambodhi Elevate we don’t run off‑the‑shelf programmes; we design bespoke interventions that protect enterprise value, accelerate growth, and embed lasting capability. This venture is my commitment to craft learning that both moves top‑line numbers and strengthens organizational resilience.
I commit time and expertise beyond clients. I serve on the Board of a public school where I advise on curriculum and teacher development, lead soft skills training for senior volunteers in Singapore and support an Indian social service organisation (
Care Leaver Inner Circle (CLiC) Forum) that readies orphaned youth for corporate employment through tailored training and coaching. These roles keep my practice connected to community needs and sharpen the social impact of our interventions.
I am ambitious about empowering people to realize their fullest potential. My approach is both structured and intuitive—grounded in proven frameworks yet flexible enough to honor the unique individuality of every person and team I work with. I believe that differences are not obstacles but the very source of innovation, resilience, and growth.
I lead with clarity and purposeful intention: converting learning into performance, risk into readiness, and potential into sustained leadership. If you need a partner who blends strategic rigor, behavioral science, and entrepreneurial urgency to build capability at scale, I am ready to lead that work.
